I’ve been a registered nurse since 2005, with experience in ER, home health, and nursing management. Like many in healthcare and beyond, I faced burnout and chronic back pain from years of strain. Conventional treatments offered quick fixes but not real healing. Turning to holistic practices — yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, Ayurveda, and herbal medicine — transformed my health and gave me a new purpose: helping others reclaim their well-being naturally and sustainably.

Today, I guide high-functioning individuals who feel stuck, depleted, or overwhelmed to reconnect with themselves, restore their energy, and live with clarity and intention. Through my coaching, you’ll learn tools that integrate mind, body, and spirit — not as a temporary fix, but as a lasting foundation for resilience and alignment.
