ABOUT
Hi, I'm Samantha

—and I’m really glad you found your way here.

I’ve been a registered nurse since 2005, with experience across bedside care, emergency medicine, home health, and leadership.

About 12 years ago, my back went out.

What followed wasn’t just pain—it was chronic pain that affected how I moved, how I functioned, and how I showed up day to day. Over time, that pain came with something else: overwhelm, irritation, and a constant drain on my energy.

At the time, nothing fully explained it.

I could stretch. I could rest. I could push through.
But the pattern kept returning.

Where things started to shift

That experience changed how I started to look at the body.

Not as isolated symptoms—but as patterns.

I began to see the connection between breath, posture, fascia, and the nervous system—
how the body holds patterns long before symptoms become obvious.

And not just physically.

Patterns in how we respond.
How we adapt.
How we carry stress without realizing it.

Where Qigong came in

Qigong became one way to work with that.

Not as a fix, but as a structured way to organize movement, breath, and awareness—
so the body could begin to respond differently.

Over time, my movement improved. My breathing changed. My posture shifted.

But more importantly, my awareness changed.

I started to recognize what my body was doing in real time—
and how to work with it instead of against it.

That experience didn’t just change how I felt.
It changed how I understand health.

Because what I realized is this:

Most people aren’t lacking effort.
They’re lacking clarity around what’s actually happening.

That realization is what led me to expand my training—
becoming a certified holistic nurse, health and wellness coach, and Qigong instructor—

so I could support people more fully, not just from one perspective, but from the full picture.

This is what my work is built on.

A pattern-based approach to understanding your body, your responses, and your experience—
so you can move through your life with more clarity, awareness, and direction.

Not by adding more.
But by seeing more clearly.

What I help people do

Today, I support people in recognizing patterns that are already present—

whether that shows up as:

physical symptoms
stress or overwhelm
new or ongoing diagnoses
or a general sense that something isn’t fully aligned

Not everything needs to be fixed.
But it does need to be understood.

Who this is for

Most people I work with are already functioning.

They’re managing, showing up, doing what they need to do—
but something feels off, inconsistent, or harder than it should be.

This work brings clarity to that.

If this resonates, you’re in the right place
