In our sessions, we look at what’s actually happening—
how your body is responding, what patterns are present, and what may be contributing to your experience.
This isn’t about forcing a protocol.
It’s about understanding your system so you can move forward with more clarity and direction.
Sessions are personalized and can be focused based on what you’re looking for support with.
You may choose to work together through:
Message-based coaching (Inherence Container)
Ongoing support through messaging, allowing you to share what’s coming up in real time.
This is ideal for recognizing patterns as they’re happening and receiving guidance as you move through them.
1:1 coaching sessions
Focused on patterns, clarity, and support navigating what you’re experiencing in a dedicated space.
Holistic assessments
To better understand how your body, stress responses, and daily patterns are interacting.
Qigong sessions
Focused on movement, breath, posture, and body awareness—
or a combination of these, depending on your needs.
Some clients prefer structured Qigong sessions.
Others prefer conversation-based support.
Many move between both.
