Before I started working with Samantha, I had a lot of things coming at me - challenges with family and my partner, trying to eat healthier and stress less. I want to thank you for the opportunity and experience to have you as my nurse coach. At the time before our sessions I had been struggling with some past issues that have been hindering my life, decisions, and wellbeing. Since our sessions I have a better sense of control and balance to my daily routine. I am no longer putting more things on my plate that I can handle. The importance of preparation is essential and I have my planner that helps organize my life better. It’s not perfect but it’s better everyday.
My overall experience with you as a coach was just what I needed to help me kick start into gear and understand myself better. I was being so hard on me and the things that I wasn’t accomplishing that I couldn’t see how to get out of my struggle. Your technique for meditation and the reiterated skills you used to make sure that you were listening helped guide me to a broader way of understanding myself. The one thing I can say that I have grown to take consideration in paying attention to is the feeling of force. I do many things out of feeling forced and I find that I am feeling that way less since our sessions. It’s definitely a work in progress but at least I can understand myself on a deeper level to be able to tackle these blockages that I’ve experienced for so long.
I believe my daughter will benefit from the nurse coaching you have provided me as well. She’s young and she could use your skill to steer her to a more effective, positive, and progressive life style.

I had Samantha offer me some coaching sessions at a time of great upheaval in my life. I was definitely feeling despondent about my current situation and future. During our sessions Samantha would have me try to view all the negatives I was feeling and trying to find a positive in each obstacle. We worked to find a solution to each negative I presented.
I felt heard and respected throughout the sessions. Samantha did not talk down to me or dismiss any of the concerns that I presented her with. Samantha kept our sessions focused and positive. We kept our sessions moving at a good pace. I didn't feel rushed at all. We spent a decent amount of time discussing what was happening in my life each week while still having time to review what we'd discussed the prior sessions.
I really appreciated that Samantha never made me feel judged or criticized for my feelings or the decisions I was making in my life.
I definitely felt calmer and more centered after our sessions.
I'd highly recommend these sessions to others who are currently going through major life upheavals, or just need a moment to reflect and recenter themselves.
